Access to the apartments is available from 3:00 pm.

Arrivals from 8:30 to 13:00
If you arrive in the morning, you can check-in
at the reception of the Aramis Rooms on the 1st floor, open every day from 8:30 to 13:00.
The staff will be happy to welcome you and support you for any need.
You can settle any outstanding payments (tourist tax or apartment) and leave your luggage in storage.
You will be given detailed instructions for accessing to Florentia Art Apartment that’s located on the 3rd floor.

Arrivals from 3:00 pm to 24:00
In this time slot it is possible to access the structure through Self Check-in in a simple and fast way.
To take advantage of the Self Check-in it is necessary to send a front and back photo of an identity document
(Passport or Identity Card) of each person staying in the apartment.

Once the documents have been received, you will receive a message with all the instructions to access the apartament
and you will be supported for any need.

From 01:00 pm to 3:00 pm and after 24:00, contact the staff on WhatsApp for information on check-in.

It is not possible to access the apartments without sending the documents.
